01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and kj33 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the website kj33.ws and all associated gaming, betting, and account services offered therein. By accessing, registering, or using kj33 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms in their entirety.

03Account Registration and Verification

Registration on kj33 requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Your mobile number serves as your unique account identifier and is the primary channel through which account verification, password resets, and security notifications are delivered. By registering, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from kj33 to that number.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. kj33 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• kj33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card, birth certificate, or utility bill. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
• Each registered user must maintain only one account. If kj33 detects multiple accounts registered to the same person, device, or payment method, all accounts except the first registered may be closed without notice, and any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your kj33 account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify kj33 support immediately via live chat or the contact email provided on this site.

kj33 reserves the right to close any account that remains inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Prior to closure, kj33 will attempt to notify the registered mobile number associated with the account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held in accordance with applicable data retention and dormant account procedures.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

kj33 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though kj33 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts as a responsible gaming or fraud prevention measure.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. kj33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high transaction volume may be longer.
• kj33 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their service terms. kj33 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party provider fees.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay must include the correct transaction reference number where prompted. Deposits submitted without a valid reference number may not be credited automatically and will require manual review, which can take up to 24 hours.

kj33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the associated account balance may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with applicable legal and platform policy requirements.

05Bonuses and Promotions

kj33 offers welcome bonuses for new players and ongoing promotional offers tied to sporting events and seasonal occasions including BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotional page or communication where the bonus is offered. No bonus funds may be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account wallet and will be applied to eligible games in accordance with the specific promotion rules.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted through kj33:

• All bets placed on kj33 are final once confirmed. kj33 does not accept requests to void, reverse, or amend a confirmed bet on the basis of a change of mind, misclick, or misunderstanding of the market terms.

07Responsible Gaming

• All players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

No part of the kj33 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of kj33.

09Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the platform's software, payment systems, or game interfaces to gain an unfair advantage or extract funds beyond legitimately won amounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during account registration or KYC verification, including but not limited to the use of another person's identity documents without their knowledge and consent.

kj33 employs active fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, transaction patterns, and betting behaviour in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems will be subject to investigation, during which withdrawals may be suspended pending outcome.

10Account Suspension and Termination

kj33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Where kj33 reasonably believes the player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the Eligibility Requirements, Prohibited Activities, or Bonuses and Promotions sections.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kj33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss — even where kj33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kj33's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their kj33 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kj33's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Privacy and Data Protection
